Laleli Gonen Hotel

Sengul works the front desk reception, she does an incredible job with customer service and is very knowledgeable of the city and has really been super accommodating to us. Whenever we had issues or ideas on day trips, she would recommend the best way to navigate the city or who to look out for. The hotel itself is vastly underrated. Incredibly comfortable beds, very cold Air Conditioning, nice bathroom and the location is par to none with it being located next to both the underground railways and the above ground tram, making running the city incredibly efficient and cheap. The free breakfast here is excellent and is maintained by very warm staff. Even cleaning our linens was incredibly cheap and they did an excellent job delivering them to us at a convenient time. If you’re an American reading this, do not skip this hotel, I rank this amongst one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in on an international trip. You cannot beat this place for the price and quite frankly should be much more per night than is advertised.

Very good location, right near the grand bazaar and local food places. Taxis readily available Staff very helpful and warm service

The pool was amazing with fantastic view over the port, city and a famous mosque. Breakfast was fulfilling, there wasn't much of variation, but can't complain. The location was the best, it was at the centre of Istanbul with loads of transport, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing around. Comfortable room with conditioning. Put in mind that the air conditioning sometimes stops at night to save electricity. Overall highly recommend the place.

Tatar and Hüseyin were very helpful, they arranged a transportation for me and it was very good and wil a reasonable price. Huseyin is very nice man and hospitable he went beyond the expectations, since I didn’t have change in dollar, he went to the nearest shop Hljust to help me. Thanks guys and see you again
